Stories

Stories

These are the stories I had to write.

Not the polished ones. Not the ones with clean arcs and tidy takeaways. The ones that sat in my chest for too long, the ones I almost talked myself out of sharing because they were too specific, too strange, too raw, too much.

They're personal essays, mostly. Memoir-adjacent. Some of them are funny in that way where the humor is the only thing standing between you and the abyss. Some of them are just honest — the specific, unglamorous, undeniable kind of honest that I think is more useful than pretty.

I write about what I've survived. What I've noticed. What I couldn't stop thinking about until I put it into words. What happens in the spaces between the moments people usually write about.

If something here makes you feel less alone, I've done my job.
